Scenes of Rural Life
These are works made up of landscapes, all inspired by trips made by the artist. Incidental things such as figures, cattle, sheep and chickens, unless already there, are added to give life to the scene. In most cases the live stock is already part of the scene, I just move them about to give the painting more perspective and balance.
My paintings are all authentic, with the exception of roads in a painting of thatched cottages etc, as I don’t like to see tarmac in my pictures.
